We are only two months away from our trip to visit the Knysna Education Trust this November. With a small team of volunteers, we have set a reasonable goal of outfitting 100 children with backpacks. We also plan to give kits of supplies to all of the schools that are part of the KET network.

Our volunteer this time will be founders Leigh and Carrie Jacobs, along with Carrie's mother, who will be traveling to South Africa for the first time.. The Jacobs's two children will also be along for the trip. They expect Mia, 7, to be much more helpful than Wren, 2. However, Wren will probably have plenty of fun with the children, just like Mia did when she was a baby. Mia has been working on her own projects to help support the backpack goal.

We have 26 backpacks sponsored so far. Help us reach our goal of 100! A sponsorship is only $35.
