To better the lives of the children of South Africa through improved access to education, health and athletics.
Access to education.
South African children have the right to an education and should not be limited by their ability to pay for school supplies. Vilakazi aims to provide school basics, such as pencils and paper.
Access to health.
Children should have access to necessary toiletries regardless of their geographic location. For example, children in rural villages who are unable to visit a dentist should have access to toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Access to athletics.
Children deserve to enjoy the social and physical benefits of team sports, particularly soccer. But even games like soccer can be cost-prohibitive for some communities. Vilakazi aims to provide basic athletic equipment.
